Skulduggery Pleasant walks into the village gingerly. As he walks he looks around everywhere, shuffling his infamous deck of enchanted cards in his hands. He speaks in his velvety smooth voice. "Well I do say, this village has quite an eye for decoration."

"Change of plan, defend the village and get the villagers into the hall. I'm moving for a better vantage point and Bravo is inbound to kill the villagers."

"Alright, alright, don't get all jumbled up." He heads towards the villagers.

"Moving to a new position." He stands and begins moving. Rounds begin flying at you from behind, a massive amount of troops coming from behind a sand dune.

The bullets wiz past him as he turns around quickly. "I'm getting to old for this." He takes out a card, a King of Spades, and throws it at the group. It hits one of them and creates a black vortex and sucks the troops in. The vortex soon subsides, leaving not a trace. "Bah, what am I saying. I'm 7001 years old and I can still kick some ass."
