I've had it. I've been playing destiny since beta and Idk what the problem is with crucible but it is among the worst it's ever been. I'm sure players are going to put all kinds of hate mail about "getting good, just a cry baby, play something else, salty this- tears are good that...blah blah blah" but the truth is this game has kept me interested and entertained since the beta. I love it. I play daily still. But I can tell you right now Bungie, deej, cozmo or whoever even cares. But I've had it with crucible. It's complete and utter garbage. I'd rather have the year one meta back. This snipe, last word, and mida BULL***T is beyond a f*****g joke. BEYOND A JOKE!!! It has lost its luster, no longer fun. Can't join one god forsaken match without someone red barring, or being sweaty with the f*****g meta. Snipe the body to hurry up and swap to tlw or mida is not a strategy, it's a crutch. PvE is the only thing worth even still playing or will be when more content comes out. It may be time for me to go play something I will enjoy again to keep my sanity. There are many other games where pvp is still fun, but destiny, pvp is over with. You guys gotta do something about this meta. I'll be spending my money on other games to satisfy myself. I've already lost a good portion of my friends list to other games because of this meta. It's hard to even get them to get on for trials anymore because they already know what's in store for them. Shotguns are barely useful against tlw, fusion rifles aren't even a viable option, side arms are ok but will lose to tlw 9/10 times. All this is provided u even make it into close range because your getting multi-tooled to death or people are so laggy your damage doesn't register right. Ive had people kill me only to have them die by my punch seconds later with no burn. I'm no rocket scientist but typically u can only punch when ur STILL ALIVE. I've had the same thing happen with weapon kills too. I'd die and then it would register I got a headshot weapon kill to the guy, a couple seconds later, after he killed me. Meanwhile he ran past my dead body and made it half way down the map to a location we never even fought before it showed I killed him. I've had it where he got another kill after killing me, of one of my fireteam members before it finally showed I killed him. Crucible is broken is an understatement. Not only do we get stuck with bullshit like that we also get stuck with shit weapons....tlw, mida and snipers. Not all of us want to use or are even good with those weapons. Have I done good with them? Absolutely! Do I prefer to use something else? Absolutely!!! I like hand cannons but I can't use any one I want because I'll get smoked by mida in mid and long range if I make it past the snipers, and I'll get smoked in the hand cannons intended range by tlw. I'm a huge fan of fusion rifles as well but cant use any to go flawless with because there's no range advantage it will have between a sniper and tlw. Let alone even being reliable since the bullet patterns seems to open way to much at any distance other than 2 inches in front of your face. I'm a huge fan of auto rifles but there so bad only the unknowing use them until they get wrecked liked the titanic from meta users. And again if u want to use an auto rifle the sweaty's and know it all's will tell you to use doctrine of passing, maybe even Monte Carlo or even hard light but thanks for limiting us to those weapons. Much f*****g appreciated! That vex u worked so damn hard for....throw it out its useless. That necrocasm same thing, spent what felt like a decade of your life doing all these steps for that weapon to have it left in year 1 and it was junk. Any other FPS u can do well with auto rifles. Not this one though, this one is limited to the ever changing meta only. There are so many cheaters, lag switchers, ddos, and red bar players anyway that even if you had a nuke or the BFG you would still lose. Go ahead community, tear into me. I don't care, I'm done with pvp, stick a fork in me. Time for other games. It's been fun!!!
