He wasn't Russian, but he was Eastern European. I forgot the country he's from (Syria?), but they shouldn't have that accent. The devs knew this and decided to make fun of it, having Brucie call him Russian and that one business dude say "Niko... What's that short for, 'Nikolai'?" ~(Nikolai is a primarily Russian name to my knowledge)~
