Bungie should give you the "FATE OF ALL FOOLS" bigger badder brother, the "FATE IS WHAT YOU MAKE" exotic scout. Its got 17 lucky rounds in an 18 round mag that hits for 199 crit damage and teleports you 5 feet to the side every time you take a shot!!!!! I know it seems OP but dont worry, current PVP standards have more than prepared me for a 2-shot-ing teleporting enemy. Cant wait to get my ass kicked by you!

Just so the meaning is not lost, fate is what you make is a reference from an old movie but applies directly to what you are doing here. Before this post, our fate was to play messed up PVP. Maybe when Bungie sees this you will have successfully made us all a new pvp ass kicking fate.
