Boolean Gemini should have both one way or another active

Having both active would be overpowered

Boolean Gemini having just an armor OR agility buff seems kinda off balanced, do you think there should be some changes to this somewhat underpowered exotic?

I just want the perk work the other way around Body shot kills for extra armor throws me off in crucible and PvE
