Voting no means keep faction rewards the same as they are now.
Voting yes means to change them to reward us beyond meager motes and glimmer.

So we are taking the role of the last of humanity, imbued with mysterious powers from a futuristic superior entity, so we can stand against the evil and fight for the entire survival of our future, in an epic battle that with our failure comes complete annihilation of ALL. We fight against superior forces of constantly unknown strength and powers of yet the history of our race has never seen that has almost wiped us from the cosmos.

And before we set our feet upon the ground to battle for the last of our existance, no matter how fleeting the moment we represent the battlefield soaked in chaos, wreaking of unimaginable odds and death.
And the faction/s we work for, when we finally reach a level after ALL that work, all that grinding, all that struggle.... where we are to receive a reward for our efforts... we are given 5 motes of light and a few of [i]anything else[/i] that is COMPLETELY and TOTALLY inconsequential.
Your payment for your battle against the darkness is a meager BELOW MINIMUM WAGE moment in time reward.
[b]BUNGIE.[/b] Stop rewarding ALL the work leveling factions [i][u]we represent[/u][/i] and who supply us to fight the war they don't with a measly 5 motes of light, a pitiful amount of coins, and [i]nerfed amount of glimmer (money payed for our efforts and time[/i].
Are we supposed to throw motes and coins at enemies with 3 times elemental burns?

We not only have to grind more because of NERFS for rep, NERFS for glimmer (because you removed it being obtained by standard combat without filtering the race we combat through a ghost OR a "glimmer booster that states "EXTRA" that doesn't provide extra it provides the now standard 50% of what USED TO BE OBTAINED), we have the nerfed REP that now takes twice as long, and the CRUCIBLE RNG REWARDS BUG you declared was an "oops" that transpired beginning year two [b]hasnt been fixed[/b] not by a long shot.
All that is on top of the fact your apparent definition of "weapon balance" isn't to "equally balance weapons"... But to "balance each weapon or its class of weapon to be the top of the meta" every other update by Jon Weisnewski and Sage Merrill (on crucible radio Sage Merrill was stating "[i]we don't have time to read players rants because we have OTHER SH*t to do[/i]"... When all you have to do is use the POLL FEATURE you have on YOUR OWN site and in your Destiny app. You don't need to "read the rants" Sage, you make a POLL.
In short, after nerfing glimmer by 50% earnings, never fixing the RNG bug from crucible and RNG rewards, nerfing patrol rep, nerfing pretty much all weapons in rotation to put others at the top of a grind list...
The LEAST you can do is have factions we work for ALWAYS reward players who work [i]for them[/i] get rewarded MORE than what appears to be below minimum wage to save the universe, humanity, and combat the darkness with a pathetic FiVe MoTeS of light, some strange coin or coins, and a pittance of glimmer that wouldn't fuel my non customizable ship with enough gas to NOT crash exiting the loading bay.

The reward system in my opinion needs to be redone completely. First line of business is to make items earnable with tier, light level, grimoire, quest, leveling up, etc. This rng is f****** garbage.
And there needs to be some amazing creative situational useful different rewards. I'm tired of re-skins.
Artifacts and class items should have different and special perks. So whether it's from trials, iron banner, the raid, ect, these items have their own special perks, maybe even pertaining to where you got them from
