I don't understand why anyone likes Half Life 2. Sure, when it came out it did some cool new things, but it has not aged well and plays like the most generic of shooters. I feel like it lives on nostalgia alone.

I didnt say i can't play mario and enjoy it. I can play just about any game and enjoy it. But that doesn't change the fact that nothing in this industry ages well.

I don't believe I did? And no, actually you can't. You can say some games age well, I can say they don't. It comes down to personal preference though, and how you define something as aging well. In terms of graphics, half life 2 has aged better than mario. In terms of gameplay, mario has aged better. See where this is going? And please stop quoting me. I know what I said, I dont need you to remind me.
