Why should a wep have max reload and a huge max? It's one or the other shots should matter on a scout like with hc

Since when were scouts hc. The reload doesn't matter. And if you were good you would find a different way to engage the gunfight that puts us at a advantage

The problem is midas hc rounds make it good in close range which it shouldn't be as a scout rifle. reload does matter. when you reload you're vunerable
