Midas exotic perk is mobility not high caliber rounds and no skill huge mag with max reload

I'm not talking about its perk I'm saying how exotics should be good . You know as well as I do that if scout rifles are nerfed no one will ever use on again .

scout rifles overall are in a good place why would they nerf the whole class?
