I don't see why you've got a problem with this. Given that they won't change the drop rate or cost for such consumables what does it matter? I wouldn't have a problem with Bungie selling any consumables (not including legendary marks, medallions of iron -things that are merit based). I can't see me buying them, but if someone doesn't have the time to grind for bits & pieces I'm not going to get upset if they buy them.
