Let me point something out for all of you. MIDA has not been changed since the game's release and it shouldn't be. Bungie has done almost nothing to scouts in the year and a half of this game. If you want stuff to be balanced don't complain for a nerf to a gun that is only out classing everything else because bungie doesn't know shit about balancing the other weapon classes.
