It's op in crucible, mediocre in pve. It was my favorite y1 weapon and in year 1 it was decent in crucible. In Y2 I can't go over 1k/d without it, combined with sbmm.
Edit - to be clear, would have no problem if other options were brought back closer to their original glory.
