Mixed maps with max range and at farthest ranges, necessary drop off occurs. Average mag is 19 on its archetype. 15 is too low. Yes I am calling snipers, since that's what it's designed for since snipers do not experience sway, longer time to aim and a lot of snipers, a counter is needed. As a pve raider, honestly hcr only affects hand cannons and scouts since optimal prs are higher rof and best ars are still high rof. Stagger is implemented to counter praedyth sniper spray. Yes, I disagree, your tweaks are hard nerfs. A lot of the time, awareness trumps reload speed for emergencies, this is a non point on a basis to basis encounter. I may rarely face it while someone faces it all the time. Field scout is worthless, don't try that as a hidden perk. It can succeed in short range with abilities, but why??? Ars and hcs are much better at those ranges and it rarely flat out wins in ttk at short range. If I'm wrong go try mida at only close range, its painful. (Sidearms help). If you have video footage as proof, I could see it, but arguing its too effective close up is silly and doesn't help your point. You could hit a bunch of kills, but you usually won't since you constantly reload if you're staying mobile. As hawkmoon can get 4 kills in its magazine
