Unfortunately, even when this is relatable to the many bernie supporters that play destiny, you can't get through to these brainwashed people. They just want everything handed to them on a silver platter. It takes hard work and dedication to get somewhere in life, not sitting on your ass waiting for something to happen.
Wake the -blam!- up.
Oh boy, the old "silver platter" AND "hard work and dedication" bit. To put it another way "FU! I got mine!". Hear it all the time from my right wing buddies who's parents paid for they're education, bought them they're first house and handed them they're first job after graduation. Not insinuating anything but lets not call it "hard work and dedication". More like taking advantage of an opportunity. Not a bad thing at all, just not on the same level as someone who wasn't afforded the same opportunity and succeeded the old fashion way. Hard work and dedication. I have mine but would like to see more opportunity for others to get theirs.

Doesn't take much. I got the grades to get me a scholarship into college, and I have the grades now to get into medical school. If you put the time into something that you want to to do, you can do if. You just can't wait around for something to happen.

100% agree and congrats on the scholarship.
