Sanders is an idiot - you can't just give out "free" stuff to underprivileged people. I'm from the Midwest and live near an Indian reservation where most, if not all, of them get food stamps. They are able to buy more food and goodies than me, or my parents (my dad and I are both ranchers and my mother is a car saleswoman). And you know what happens when there is a glitch in the system? Those cards then have no spending limit and all the Indians will go and buy car loads of food and sell it. Please tell me how that helps anyone. I'm all for food stamps and welfare for people who actually need it but there are too many people taking advantage of these free services. Not to mention the thousands of dollars they get each for having kids. You tell me how things like that help society.

Have you seen the budget for food stamps/welfare? It's almost zero to none compared to military spending and other things that we can agree or disagree on how important they are. Sure ppl do take advantage of the system but the budget provided for them to work with is almost nothing. You have to follow the money and see that 1% has more ways to exploit everyone else and nobody notices. Not a Bernie fan but ppl just complain about the poor getting help but ignore the rich because they look up to them and they control all of mass media.
