I have all 50 calcified fragments on my character but when I check at the dreadnought it shows only 49 and in the app it shows 50 in book of sorrows. Am I missing something here?

Check out the Bungie.net website now! Log in and select My legend > advisors. You can check exactly which fragments your character is missing there.
