Ryan has been with Bungie since 2000. Parsons has been with the company since 2002 and has been the Chief of Operations.
If you think for one tick that anything is going to suddenly improve overnight, there's an aneurysm about to rupture in your head.

Don't agree with the hateful remarks but do agree with everything else. He is a executive that has had plenty of input over the design of destiny, all assumptions of course.

Not necessarily. But, the initial flowery send off sounds a lot like the bullshit said when Joe and Marty "left". It's all speculation though and while Bungie does have a responsibility to give us information on the game (HA, I know, I actually typed that out) they don't have to tell us a damn thing about their business practices.
