I agree. Its the same in every line of business. The workers keep the machine running while the manager or supervisor will receive credit for keeping them flowing efficiently . The manger does deserve his praise to some degree but without the workers the machine comes to a drastic halt. It would never happen because we all need to work, but what if the artist and designers just placed their coffee down, got up and left their cubicles in one united act of protest. It would be utter chaos. Hope that thought never enters into their creative minds.

  • No kidding! And it just seems to get worse all the time. Corporate greed is real. No wonder the gap between the rich and poor keeps getting bigger with the middle class disappearing. The Boards and major stockholders in most companies are often executives in other companies, who approve the outrageous salaries for each other. The demand this places on generating revenue just becomes greater while they get richer. It's a sad world we live in when an executive can be at a company for only a year or two and make more money in salary, bonuses, stock, and severance than many people make in a lifetime.
