Making this thread half out of curiosity, and half out of frustration. Just yesterday I had my headset mic stop working on me. I've had the [url=http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/headsets/stereo-headset]Xbox stereo headset[/url] for just over a year now, and the mic just randomly stopped working. Before owning this headset, I had been using my Tritton AX Pro headset, who's mic also quit on me. Before that, yet another headset's mic had quit on me. Long story short, I have 6 pairs of nice headphones, none of which have working mics at this point. I realize you can buy replacement mics for the Trittons, but it seems they are always out of stock, and from a little research I see it is a fairly common issue for the mic to go out on these. So I'm curious if anyone else runs into this issue fairly often as well, or if I just have crap luck. Also, if you don't have my luck, and have had a nice headset for a long period of time (3+ years), what kind of headset do you have?
