Cozmo, Community, Live Team, new CEO and everyone in-between under that name Bungie, please watch this video, an open letter from James Byford (MyNameIsByf). He's a pleading veteran player surely like myself and many others, and in this video he's gone the extra step in suggesting solutions beyond our complaints.
