Should he come and ask EVERY person who plays Destiny for their opinion?
These people have tens to hundreds of thousands of subscribers for a reason. Even if the majority of the community doesn't know who they are (which isn't true) a decent chunk of people know who they are, and serve as a sample for the larger community for them to base their response on.
I don't know what kinda rock you live under, but wherever you go to for Destiny, being the forums, reddit, youtube or twitch, the problems he stated are agreed on universally.
