The issue isn't mida, the issue is that everything else was nerfed to hell. Mida is used a lot less now that people have realized it isn't the new op exotic. A lot of things out match mida.

Like what? I ask you this in the highest respect. The MIDA seems a bit unmatched to me.

Hung jury, and really any high impact scout, auto rifles, pulse rifles, last word. Conspiracy theory d, the only place mida shines is long range so any close range or higher impact weapon outdoes it. Anyone who is beating people with anything like that is most likely just really good with mida.
