The sound of a guitar being played in a melancholy tune can be heard as can a few voices. Suddenly a shout is hear and the shuffling of boots. The penal troops had arrived. The muffled voice of captain volkov and the commander of the penal troops is the only thing in the silence.

The fleet in orbit is an impressive sight. The seventh army and seventh fleet are some of the largest. The Volga sector is a bastion of loyalty for the Fed. No known rebel has every come from that place.
