The sound of a guitar being played in a melancholy tune can be heard as can a few voices. Suddenly a shout is hear and the shuffling of boots. The penal troops had arrived. The muffled voice of captain volkov and the commander of the penal troops is the only thing in the silence.

There are [u]A LOT[/u] of Feds, markings show 7th army, not to be trifled with. The guards all have shields and the penal troops are veterans. The two officers are in one corner.

A holo appears and the guards captain talks with it. From it you gather that the rebels have been pacified here. No action you take could change that, the captain, now a major had a large part in that. The 7th army would leave now, to be replaced by an occupational one.

The first drop ships were taking off for the fleet. The Russians were very good at this, having done it on world after world.

The fleet in orbit is an impressive sight. The seventh army and seventh fleet are some of the largest. The Volga sector is a bastion of loyalty for the Fed. No known rebel has every come from that place.
