Personally, fires. Being from California, we had some pretty nasty fire storms that burnt a lot of SoCal. I can still recall the smell of ash, permeating everything... Sure, the other things are scary, but I've had experiences with fire.

1 ReplyWhy are volcanoes not the top? I mean they cause damage miles away from their event even all across the globe. They cause acid rain killing animals and plant life. They suffocate the air with soot and various toxic gasses. And eventually they blot out the sun causing drastic cooling that can lead to an ice age.
