Look up Dr Venom on youtube (stupid name and stupid guy but the creatures he brings out...ick). One episode, he has this giant centipede (like a foot long and several inches wide) in a glass habitat, right? And he's talking to this lady who is terrified of it. He warns her: "If it gets out, don't bother running. It can outrun you."
