Just announced. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut it's multiplayer only, so I'm not massively interested.
If, however, it sparks interest in the period once again, and we get an epic, current-gen, campaign-driven shooter out of it, hells yeah.

Edited by Treebeard: 2/2/2016 1:44:17 PMAt last. I've been waiting for a decent WW2 game ever since World At War. The Sniper Elite games were OK, but nothing noteworthy. It's been too long since a good WW2 game has been made. I'm getting tired of all the double-jumping, energy-shielding, killstreak-calling and butt-sliding of today's sci-fi shooters.

I really want dice to make a ww2 shooter but we'll see how this game goes or if it goes anywhere

If you want a good WW2 shooter play Red Orchestra 2. It's probably the most recent WW2 shooter.

And so the cycle begins anew once again....

Champagnes are the best part of good WW2 shooters

Finally, not a -blam!-ing future game.
