I would rather they pull it before I get there than wait and get crushed by the enemy team's Truth rockets. You can wait for about 5 seconds most of the time, any longer than that and you are flirting with disaster.

Any longer and you're letting the enemy set up. I'm listening to my group spend an extra 15 or so seconds waiting on people that didn't hear the heavy call. It's just asking for a wipe.
