Stormcallers DO need a nerf.
The reason being, everything else has been nerfed. And the range is pretty insane, the speed is WAY TOO HIGH, etc

1 ReplyRange is insane Insanely short. You have to go up to people's faces like a blade dancer, but you have the damage resistance of a piece of cheese. At the very least it lasts as long as it does with transcendence.
