This guy means business, and if he has Silver, we will make him return him to us."-Icier "That's it? That's your plan?"-Dark Storm "I'll work out the details later."-Icier *they continue to read the file

The file is largely inconclusive, containing a little background, and abilities. For starters, they don't even know if he's human, but believe him to be a male due to his voice and frame underneath the armor. He's shown superhuman qualities, including strength and speed, but only ranks as a class 3 in these regards, only slightly above most alien species, and below the vast majority. However, it's his telekinetic and telepathic abilities, advanced armor, and his mysterious blade that make him an exceptionally dangerous adversary.
