Teammates whom don't show up until I kill 4 enemies on heavy and die to a stray grenade.

I wouldn't wait for my teammate to spawn after he died by the heavy to risk the enemy getting the heavy from us because we are waiting around. Simple solution is don't die. Note, I die in this situation all the time.
