"It is the duty of an Alliance officer to forge new bonds with other civilizations when they get the chance. I also came to ask you a few small questions."-Shadowed One

"First off, your friend Ara said that your people met the Alliance long ago. We have no record of such a meeting. How did you meet the Alliance?"-Shadowed One *he doesn't seem surprised at the Hierarch's response

"I see. The Alliance has recently been looking for a officer of ours known as Silver. He has been missing for a while and I was sent to find him. Have you heard any rumors as to where he might be? Any help would be appreciated."-Shadowed One
