Can a Titan with armor of light survive a shot if the hunter comes in and shoots? I'd assume so but not sure.

6 times the armor so only if you use all your shots.

Yes, and if you're a gunslinger, don't do that. Pop the bubble, then kill the titan.

Preferably don't do either, since shooting the bubble creates a lot of orbs for the enemy team.
