I usually play on ps4 but some friends who only have an old 360 wanted to play a game together so I picked up destiny again in a second hand shop and started over.
I used the lvl 25 boost tho, but it's actually a ton of fun. I loved getting new gear that actually meant something for my character, be thrilled when I get my first purple. The most fun was using low lvl archetypes in crucible.
My absolute favorite was to go in crucible with kostov (deleted it long ago on ps4) and kill guys using mida or tlw. I just imagine imagine their face when they see "Kostov" popping up when they die :p
Somehow starting over made the experience enjoyable again and made me realize how good the game is but is brought down because of how the end game gear selection has become narrow and kinda boring. That and the fact that we just don't get enough rewarding activities at 300+ light level (ghost shells say hi).
As many people said already if Bungie want a quick fix for the pve game, make old content relevant again, bump up the rng big time and bring back old armor / weapon to have more diversity (I know this would bring balance issues but I m sure that can be fixed somehow).
Anyway, loving this game, much more when I don't take it too seriously
Cheers and all hail the khostov!
Edit: oh I wanted to ask other 360 players. I m not sure why but my gameplay feels way more sluggish than on ps4, no idea if it's because I m less used to the controller, if it's only because the game runs slower or if it's just me o.O anyone had that feeling when switching between consoles?
