Well the fireteam leader is entitled to kick anyone for whatever reason he or she deems fit. In no way is a fireteam leader obligated in putting up with someone who either does not take the raid seriously or otherwise does not meet the fireteam leader's expectations. Plain and simple, the fireteam leader is entitled to make the rules and if you do not like the rules then make your own fireteam.
