Weapon Infusion modification and clever transmog feature
People generally liked the idea of the reforge process. People generally like the infusion process.
People generally didn't like how easy it was to reforge as a matter of balance. Now that certain perks have been removed from weapons, the Felwinter's tearbath is no longer a thing.
So, here's my question: would you like this option?
Allow the option of infusing a perk bubble from one weapon into another instead of taking the light level.
Make it cost 10 marks or something for subgroup bubbles (hi-cal, etc)
Make it cost 100 marks for major perks (Icarus, rangefinder, etc...)
Give it a chance of failing the lower the quality of the weapon.
[maybe, maybe not here?]
Don't allow exotics, for balance. But allow bubbles to be ripped from exotics. This would allow some transmog to happen. But be expensive and valuable.
we don't need LITC LTWs, or worse... The dreaded Wolfpack HQT!
What do you think?
YEA OR NEA

I wrote a post about armor transmog: https://www.bungie.net/it/Forum/Post/189699169/0/0 :)

Consensus seems people want to be able to customize their weapon more. Everyone falls in love with one or two models. I for example can't STAND hand cannons with that dangly pipe thingy on the front of them. Ex: Finala's Peril So even though I got a stellar roll on it. I will NEVER use it. But if I could rip features off of it and put it on a hand cannon I like the look of like the Jewel of Osiris maybe, or one of the crucible HC drops. Or even the Raid hand cannon which looks great but horrible features. This could open up so much just using what they already have.

Er..HELL YEA

Nice. Poll looking good. I think I should start polls during human hours instead to get more view. Or in destiny section?

Yes pls

I'm always at 200 marks so if there's something I can spend marks on I'll take it

I don't want to see a chance to fail, but I want it expensive as hell

Nice. A few votes. I would suggest leaving a simple line statement below to maybe help put responses into perspective.
