At this Simon gets a hearty laugh.
"Pretty literal aren't you? It's my job, what they pay me to do. I'm just a plebeian, totally unimportant. You meanwhile, well you are very important. So you don't have to do all of the little things."
He gets thoughtful for a second before continuing.
"Maybe... Someday, someone in the future might ask what happened tonight. They'll dig through lost archives and find my report. Maybe, just maybe, it will be read."

The scan reveals a human, regular attire a pen stuffed behind his ear and a notepad in his back pocket. Simon is amused. "You do realize the Alliance does try to stay organized? Part of that is keeping track of these meetings for reference so on and so forth. A who came, what happened, who knew, was involved. It's just a general given."
