It's true. I live in Ohio and Ohio is one of the most important states to decide whom
the president will be thanks to the stupid -blam!-ing party system. But yeah. At the end of the day if you live in Texas your vote is going to the Republican Party. Why? Electoral college!!!!!
Ohio on the other hand is a swing state. At the end of the day, my vote is literally worth more than your vote.

While what you say is technically true, the fact of the matter is the president is probably the least important person you vote for. Local officials are far more important and have a bigger effect on the individual lives of the people. So everyone's vote is extremely important no matter where you live. It just happens to be that the media has turned the president into a king, anything bad happens, thanks Obama... But Presidents have far less power than people realize.
