So Bungie has completely abandoned PVE
So in the new update the trend was PVP, PVP, PVP, PVP..............pve raid fix.
For the love of batman can we get some sort of PVE event or update?! Some of us are sick of playing the same damn strikes over and over again.
If you want Destiny to be CoD in space, just push an update that erases all PVE content already, put us out of our misery.
Please Bungie, while I appreciate the positive changes to PVP, please get off your knees for the PVP community.

stop playing, it's simple. They don't care about you, they got your money. if you want them to notice just stop playing.

Just like any other company they care, they care about making money with as little expenses. Which is why we are always getting these PvP events, a few changes to the rules, get a couple of guys to make some emotes and ghost shells, and there you have it - an event!! Which they can make money from people buying silver! The same reason why we don't have any new PvE content is the same reason why we don't have any new PvP maps - it takes too much and resources. Yes srl had new maps but srl is something which was already in the pipeline for destiny and maps I assume only needed a polish before releasing. Still I actually enjoy the PvP side of things in destiny :)

At least they fixed teleporting ogres :/ But yeah, I'm right there with you. The only reason I log into Destiny is to run the raid once a week. Once I get my Warlock to 320 (I just need a heavy and a class item) I'll probably just shelf the game until the hype train for Destiny 2 takes of in like a year.

I would almost bet that there will be some new strikes with the next update. And by new strikes, I mean a couple that have already been made, but didn't make the cut for any of the dlc's so far. That way Bungie doesn't have to put any effort in, but can claim that they released some free PvE content because they are such a good company.

4 RepliesAnd I have completely abandoned destiny. It's almost a for sure thing now that I won't be coming back. It makes me sad. It makes angry. It blows my mind how they let this wonderful, lore filled, beautiful game go to sh1t. How was it a good idea to leave the old raids so far behind? How was it a good idea to take away the nightfall glow? How was it a good idea to have a ton of weapons from year one obsolete? How is it a good idea to give no new content or hint of new content for the pve players? How is it a good idea to not include the year 1 strikes in the heroic play lists? I just don't get it.

Bungie has always pushed people to PvP with bounties and thier special events. Solo PvE players have no place here any more. The choice is to change or have the courage to leave for good.

On the bright side, they at least did something for pve. Which is better than thier last record of: nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Annnnd nothing.

please give me all the old year 1 exotics for the love of god. Im at the point now where Im willing to accept Gjallarhorn and Thorn into year 2 just as long as it's variety and something new.

2 RepliesThe best thing i keep hearing is The Biggest addition since the release of TTK ! That means bigger than festival of the lost ,bigger than sparrow racing and bigger than crimson doubles lol. Not one of those were very big content wise so dont get high hopes

If they would just make all year one shit relevant again everyone would be happy. It would take almost no work at all to just up light levels of enemies and gear then take away the elemental damage on primaries if they care that much.

I'd really like to see them do more with patrol. We were told we'd get an expansive frontier, with secret treasures buried within a golden age ruin. Dangerous foes with powerful alien tech to be pilfered and brought back to the tower for study. What we got was 3 hive majors, and a chest with 6 glimmer and 1 spinmetal......yay.......guys don't you see me waving? There's a chest over here!!!! You guys are gonna WANT this 1 spinmetal......right? Seriously, I have walked these worlds from end to end. Aside from some cool $#!+ to look at, there is nothing out there worth your time.....which I personally found, most disheartening.
