This is one bug report or request for an addition to the notes, as appropriate, a reminder regarding a previously reported bug not yet appearing in the known issues section, and a reminder regarding the removal of the Doubles card (for unmodified versions of the playlist, see first bullet) from the known issues section due to resolution of the issue. • As I do not see it in the notes or known issues of the OP, I would like to report that Mayhem and Inferno modified PvP playlists do not accrue wins to their respective underlying PvP playlists. I know Iron Banner and Trials of Osiris are already mentioned as having this issue, but the more frequently occurring modified game modes are not. I have not specifically tested Combined Arms (CA) modified Control and Clash matches recently enough to notice if the issue is present in those cases. Luckily, Crimson Doubles wins count as Doubles wins. • Enemies>Vex>Ghost Fragment: Vex 5 still needs to be hidden from Xbox Live accounts and the maximum score thresholds readjusted. This is a ghost that appears in the final room of the PlayStation Network (PSN) exclusive strike, Echo Chamber, and cannot be obtained by way of jumping in the normally accessible areas of the Xbox Live (XBL) Destiny world environment. A manner of jumping into areas in the XBL Destiny world environment, which are clearly unintentionally residual from the PSN Destiny world environment, is known to exist as a method of getting this ghost. An XBL Destiny world environment barrier to the area should be erected in a manner with a time lock on its removal in Fall 2016, but that's a topic for another discussion. • The Doubles card is ostensibly fixed and appears to be ready for removal from the known issues. The also present note about Doubles appears to cover the remaining questions about the unmodified Doubles mode that users may have. The note may need tweaking to specify it applies only to wins accrued at and beyond 2.0.0 in unmodified versions of the Doubles playlist.
