It will never happen even with the new ceo there is no grantee the game will get better. a change in ceo's does not always mean better things to come for the players.

It wont happen with the new CEO, because he was the COO, meaning his vote counted on every single change until now, he's always known what would be done and did nothing to stop it, and will still do nothing because just like they got rid of the last one, they'll fire him too if he doesn't go with every single plan.
