I'm looking for great exotic ideas from the community. If you want to take part in this contest, simply comment your exotic concept and the other commenters including myself will judge how awesome it is. [b]Realism[/b] Your Exotic should be somewhat balanced, I don't want to see a weapon with 99 impact, rate of fire, and stability. Make sure it's name, flavor text, and exotic perk all fit a theme. Reloaded like a pulse rifle) ROF 2 rounds per second, 6 seconds a magazine (8 seconds with extended mag) Blast Radius 30 Stability 5 Velocity 30 Reload 4 seconds Magazine Size: 12 rounds ( 16 with extended mag) (54 rounds total) Unlocked Exotic Perk: Heavy Caliber This weapon will shoot explosive rounds that have a slow travel time and are pulled down by gravity like grenades. Unlockable Exotic Perk: Lone Slinger Rounds have greater velocity and blast radius. Unassisted kills with this weapon will grant you a buff to rate of fire and toughness.

      Exotic hunter boots! "Void runners" "You may be able to use the void but can you run with it". Exotic perk: Dark treads: While running you leave a trail of void light that will injure enemies. But only lasts 3-7 seconds :) Looks: It is a set of boots that look like Bones Of Eao but it is surrounded by a void shield.

As a weapon made only to enhance purchaser density, the later models are just your run-of-the-mill sniper rifles. However, the prototype still exists; It's currently somewhere in the tower. Perhaps Cyade-6 could help you. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Ahamkara Defiance Dual-Wield Exotic Hand Cannons "When one gun ain't good enough" Pre-upgrade: 'Multi-elemental': One gun does arc, one solar. Cannot be zoomed in. Has 'Jenni Hale' on side of the chamber (possible previous owner, or gun's true name?). Lore I found it in the forests of [i]Old Toronto[/i]. It was in a withered house. A struggle seemed to have happened, with upturned furniture, and a blood-stained floor. Everything in the house indicated it was a makeshift laboratory. I found the gun lying on the floor, looking as if it was… mad. Heat was radiating from it, and the floor was singed around it. When I approached, the gun's emanating heat was instantly gone, and it felt more, well, calm. And happy. It turned a comforting warm. I was puzzled at this strangeness. I noticed on the table, a note. It read: [i]I am a lost survivor of the collapse. Those four-armed soldiers are outside. I have nobody to be comforted by. Nobody to be loved by. I have made my last stand. I am bleeding out. If you read this. [b]I AM IN THE GUN... I AM STILL HUMAN.[/b][/i] I reeled at this note. Somebody... in a gun? The note was hastily written, old, I must have misread something. But, then I saw them: the three rounds, only could have been made by where the gun was lying. Like in a desperate attempt to move. The gun then felt... concerned. Like it was afraid I was going to leave it. I wasn't going to. Audibly, I said so. I asked my ghost to scan the weapon, and said it held an A.I., which was along the lines of an Exo. I smiled. I had just found a new friend. TL;DR Version: Holy crap I found a weapon with a person inside. [i][b]Grimoire Version[/b][/i] [i]I sit here, alone. The enemies at my doorstep finally got the better of me. My final moments were painful. Very, [b][u]very[/u][/b], painful. Now, I just sit, wait, and think. I think of my loneliness, of my past life, of the hopes of somebody finding me, and, of course, my hatred for those four-armed, god-*zzzt* AHHH! WHY? WHY MUST IT BE ME IN THIS BODY!? WHY NOT THEM?! WHY NOT HIM!? WHY NOT-*zzzt* *zzzzzzt*[/i]

    • The noscopers wet dream Sniper Looks like black spindle with a taken camo over it. Exotic perk: no scope bullets don't move and if it hits a guardians balls it's a one shot. Second perk hidden hand. Ever wanted to trickshot in a game other than cod? Well the noscopers wet dream will allow you to. It was forged in the legendary ocean of mtn dew. This gun is not for 7-8 year olds in game chat. Obtained by vvvv [spoiler]you must 360 noscope oryx in the eye. You will recieve a quest to get a 4 way collat in trials (to do this u must be very dank) and you'll then need to talk to cayde. Upon landing at the tower you will notice the traveler has a huge spliff. Cayde will now give you you're reward!!![/spoiler]

    • Exotic hunter legs. The fly. Looks like the tarantella and arachnid. Exotic perk is on the wall. It lets you stick to walls and makes you go invisible for as long as you're on the wall but you can't shoot, activate super or use any special grenades or melee.

      Name: [b]Meek Hope[/b] Flavor Text: [i]Are you there Kei? Am I even here?[/i] Gun type: Fusion Rifle, Warlock Exclusive. Exotic Perk: Killing an enemy grants invisibility until you deal or take damage. Appearance: Looks like a standard white Omolon fusion Rifle, but it has parts of it that are invisible. The invisibility shifts around on the weapon. Secondary Perk: Hidden hand Elemental damage: Void Low charge rate, high impact. 55 range, 60 stability, 75 reload. The spoiler is how to obtain the weapon [spoiler]To obtain this weapon, you must hit rank 15 with the Gunsmith. There will be a quest where you have to take a crappy fusion Rifle called [b]No Hope[/b] and kill taken with it while a special telemetry is active. Next, you need to get 5 kills in a Crucible match. Once all that is done, Ikora acknowledges the players skill with Fusion Rifles. You then get a mission to go kill the Silent fang in a special mission in the Cosmodrome. Finally, she tells you to go into Rasputins Bunker and try to find a special program for a weapon. There will be many puzzles and parkour, and then you open a chest and get the item you need. You go back to Banshee and wait until next Armsday. Then you can receive the weapon.[/spoiler]

Exotic Perk: Melee range is increased with this weapon equipped. Same model as the Trials shotgun, except all dark blue. It has the head of a shovel attached to the front. Secondary Perk: Cascade Elemental damage: Arc Archetype: 20 ROF, 55 impact, 20 range, 40 stability, 70 reload. The spoiler is how you obtain this weapon. [spoiler]To obtain this weapon, you must have rank 15 with the Gunsmith. Then, he will ask you to get Arc melee kills(150). After that, he will send you to Zavala. You will have a special mission on the Crucible map Skyshock. Its difficulty will be 300 light, and you must do it alone. You will have to fight off 5 waves of enemies, the first being all yellow bar dregs, shanks and Vandals. The second takes out the dregs and replaces them with Captains. The third round will be nothing but sniper Vandals and Captains. The fourth round will be the same as the third, but with the addition of dregs on pikes. You cannot drive the pikes. The fifth and final round will be the same as the fourth, but with a tank added in. After all this is done, you have to go to the far end of the map and take a shovel out of a dead Gaurdian's hands. Then, you must dismantle 10 shotguns of legendary rarity or higher. Exotics count as 2 shotguns. Then, you wait until the next Armsday and receive the weapon.[/spoiler]

            • [b]Name: Innocence[/b] Flavor Text: [i]I love going to School![/i] Weapon Type: Sniper Rifle. Hunter Exclusive. Exotic perk: Realization. When weak(20%), damage is tripled. Appearance: A pink thousand Yard stare model. As the player becomes weaker, it fades into a blood red. Secondary Perk: Eye of the Storm Elemental damage: Solar Archetype: high Rof low impact. 35 ROF, 19 impact, 70 range, 30 stability, 90 reload. The spoiler will explain how to obtain this weapon. [spoiler]Reach rank 15 with the Gunsmith. Get kills(50) while weak(anywhere in red health). Then, you must kill 25 majors or ultras with sniper rifles. After that, you go back into the colony ship on a special mission. The exposure modifier is active, and at the very beginning of the mission you lose all your health. You have to travel to the top and go into Cayde's stash room and open a chest, getting a special sniper component. You go back to the Gunsmith, wait until next Armsday and get the gun.[/spoiler]

Jealous too... -[b]Exotic Perk: Memory's Envy[/b] Upon getting 2 consecutive headshots, the next headshot will do 3x damage and refund the bullet. -[b]Appearance Description[/b] The gun has a similar design to Thorn but instead of spikes it has small openings. From these opening thin streams of faint green letters flow out of them. When your health gets lower, the letters will turn red. This is purely cosmetic. -[b]Secondary Perks[/b] [i]Third Eye and Hidden Hand[/i] -[b]Element Type[/b] [i]Void[/i] -[b]Stats/Archetype[/b] [i]Rate of Fire: 25 Impact: 90 Range: 50 Stability: 15 Reload: 10[/i]

              • [b][u][i]WEAPON[/i][/u][/b] [b][u]Sidearm[/u][/b] [b]Aphrodite & Eros[/b] [i]"Infinite Death Spawns From The Mouths of Two Fish"[/i] (The Flavor Text Definitely Needs Work) [b]Exotic Perk:[/b] Twin Cycling -This sidearm is dual wielded and kills with the left sidearm return rounds to the magazine of the right sidearm and kills with the right sidearm return rounds to the magazine of the left sidearm. (Cannot ADS) [b]Perk II:[/b] Crowd Control [b]Basic Description Of Lore[/b] The Gods Aphrodite and Eros turned into fish at one point and this is what formed the constellation Pisces. For further information search up the myth surrounding Pisces It's basically dual wield sidearms with slightly lower fire rate and higher impact than most other sidearms. The appearance will probably be the basic sidearm design but both guns have shimmering scales on them and a glowing engraving of the god's names on the side in Greek. Overall sidearms have been neglected so i made this in order to fix that.

                Hunter Helmet Exotic Name: The Deceiving Text: "Make them think twice..." Exotic perk: Double tap circle to release a hologram of yourself. When your hologram is out you are invisible for a few seconds allowing you to surprise your foe or flee from combat.               • Exotic weapon: rocket launcher Cannon of the Gods "What is a fly to a lion, and a lion to a god?" Similar stats to Truth and Gjallarhorn. Exotic perk: Implosion- upon impact rounds create a gravity well, drawing in nearby enemies, and then detonate a second time. It is a taken version of the model rocket used for Gjallarhorn, but adorned with black and hadium armor.

              • In spirit of the ATS a arachnid themed armor, how about a set of hunter boots called the ATS/8 Orbweavers. Grants Bloodbound. That's it with normal boot perks (heavy/special). First, the Orbweaver is a species of spider so it falls in line with the arachnid theme. The perk allows the hunter to use Bloodbound (damage shared across tethered enemies). This fits perfect with the other tether perk enabling longer duration. In addition the Orbweaver name implies the perk makes Orbs..helping all on the team.

                  Haven't thought of a name but Heavy fusion like the sleeper but it only has 1round in mag hits harder arc damage Exotic perk The rippling effect When a shot from this weapon hits a enemy chain damage to all enemy's within a short distance with arc energy (probably enough to kill tier 1 enemy's such as dregs and thralls) and those enemy's chain to enemy's in a area around them (who haven't already been hit) but at reduced damage Still thinking on how this would look Can I have some recommendations
