If anyone takes more then 5 mins for anything i just leave or kick the person either way its not like its hard to fins one person or a different team

I'm not asking for anything. But nobody brings up the I gotta go take a shit guy?(turns into a 40 min shit) or the hold on my moms making me do the dishes kid? I spend way more time waiting for the I gotta go do chores kid, over the take a 5 min smoke break guy
