What's the difference if someone has to smoke or go pee? 5-10 minute break is not the end of the world.

Smokers have to pee too. Double that time and it's annoying and will result in a kick.

I can understand taking a piss it's not good to hold it in but if where in the middle of a game and you say "hold guys I need smoke" and we have to wipe over it not why bother joining the raid to begin with

Well yeah, if it causes a wipe than that's valid. But the only times I really encounter "smokers" is after we are waiting for someone to get the exotic chest, waiting for someone to switch characters or waiting on Lfg person. In my experience most smokers are courteous to some degree.

Lucky you I always seem to get the ones that leave during the fight are in between a wipe/failed attempt to the next attempt
