Sunbreakers are very situational which dosnt make them bad. Let me compare it to a good PVP class, blade dancers. A blade dancer requires 2 hit to kill a Sunbreaker will Sunbreaker only needs 1 SC to kill a bladedancer both have health regain on kills as well

You can only survive a blade dance hit if you run max armor, blade dancers can survive a hammer by the same means
