Not lag, they reduced the explosion radius while keeping the hit detection radius the same....
It also has a broken perk, tracking does nothing....

Trust me, if it isn't killing on a direct hit, that's lag. Decreased blast radius would be some of it, but definitely not all of it. And tracking feels like it's not there, but it's there.

I'm just saying that it isn't [i]as[/i] easy to get a kill as it was before. That's obvious. But I'm also saying that it's not completely broken like so many are trying to say.

And I'm saying it is, facts speak for themselves. The tracking perk does nothing, it hardly did anything before the nerf.... Blast radius and impact radius are not correctly implemented, which is why people are surviving near direct hits.... The hammers detonate too soon.... A hurried I'll conceived nerf from bungie where they get the numbers wrong, who'd have thought it possible....
