Crimson Doubles UNKNOWN REWARDS!!!!
Last night, I managed to get all my bounties done on my Titan. I was hoping to get something nice and special for the Unknown rewards. Given this is a special event.
And what did I get? Half eaten box of chocolates?!!

I thought the game engine was suppose to know what I have equipped (a 317 ghost) on and prevent things like that.
The game mode is nice and fun, but the rewards are as-usual.... very disappointing. I know its RNG and all, but #Bungie could add more good and rewarding loot to the pool.
Any thoughts anyone?
Edit 1: Thanks for your feedback all. Looks like most Guardians got decent rewards. I'll see what I get for my other 2.
Edit 2: I'm using year 2 weapons. Maybe after I'm finished completing all the bounties, I'll try Vex, Thorn. We'll see.
Edit 3: This post in no way, form or shape is meant to say I don't like the game or this event. I think the game is great in its own way.. Rewards as always, could be improved.

Completed all bounties and quests on 2 characters and got emotes on both. Gotta love it. They did say a chance as to the last IB promising a level up if you weren't 320.

I wore year one trials armour and as a punishment the game gave me the new red shell at 265 light xD My fault I guess

I got claws of ahamkara at 310 and a fall 2015 emote package from the unknown rewards bounty

Sorry Bungie but your whole RNG needs a complete overhaul, once we get past that 310 mark the whole loot pool becomes a farce of the highest order and please don't get me started on raid rewards because they are just as flawed as the rest of the loot system. Bungie you and destiny have some big competition heading your way with upcoming releases and so far apart from trying desperately to keep a dwindling PvP base interested you are giving us nothing to make us want to stay. I love the game, I love the world you've created and this community but Destiny could very soon find itself become that something I come back to occasionally rather than other games filling that role.

Literally the only thing to chase in cd is a 320 ghost for those who don't already have one. You know how many people are going to waste their time this week and not get one? How much work would it have been to create some re-skinned armor or weapons? The people at Bungie call themselves gamers too. Apparently they have some pretty low standards as gamers. Or perhaps they're out of touch with reality.

The ghost drops based on your light level, not the level of the ghost you are currently wearing. You shouldn't have been using those year one 170 light level scrub weapons. I guess you've learned your lesson?

I had an all year one loadout equipped when I turned that bounty in, and got a ghost shell that dropped at 220... lol make sure you equip your best gear before turning in bounties. I was running all VOG gear, Abyss defiant, Pratorian foil, and Hunger of crota for fun.
