Depending on what Bungie does will depend on the facts of weather they are making boat loads of money on last gen still. If that's the case I'm sure they're going to support All of Destiny 1's expansions with Last gen until Destiny 2. It's about money not about what we want. Hate to say it that way but that's What bungie has been doing.
