Yes but i would honestly be shocked if sony was the reason last gen stayed for destiny 2. They dont have as much holding power over bungie as activision does.

That has nothing to do with D2 though. It's nothing more than timed exclusives like MS previously had for CoD. D2 very well could have MS being the one to pay more next time.
