Gotta question about grimoire

So I need to kill 43 hydras to complete the grimoire card for it. Does anybody know a good spot to find them? The Citadel just isn't spawning enough and the Tharsis junction group of Vex takes like thirty minutes to reset. Anyone have a suggestion?

You could do the eye of a gate lord mission 43 times, I think there's one there. Kill it, die, repeat?
